Day 1: Rome

Depart Manila early morning via your favorite airline and arrive in Rome in the afternoon, our tour escort who will accompany us throughout our journey meets us. We will be transferred by private motor coach at the hotel. In the afternoon, we enjoy a panoramic tour of the city. Welcome dinner at the hotel. Explore Ancient Rome with a tour that includes the Coliseum, Capitol Hill, the Vittorio Emmanuel Monument, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus and Michelangelo’s statue of Moses at St. Peter in Chains church. Dinner and overnight. (D)

 

Day 2: Rome

     Beatification day.  Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

 

Day 3: Rome-Pietrelicina-San Giovanni Rotondo

Morning departure to San Giovanni Rotondo. En route we stop at Pietrelcina, birthplace of Padre Pio. We visit his home, the Church of Santa Ana, where he was baptized and then we have Mass at Santa Maria degli Angeli. Next we stop at Piana Romana to visit the place where Padre Pio received the invisible stigmata. After our visit, we continue to San Giovanni Rotondo where we visit the new Church. (B,D)

 

Day 4: San Giovanni Rotondo-Assisi

In the morning, we visit the Church of our Lady of Grace, built during Padre Pio's lifetime (1956-1959) to accommodate the many pilgrims and worshippers attracted to San Giovanni Rotondo. Continue to Assisi where we visit the St. Francis Shrine and the Basilica of St. Claire. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

 

Day 5: Assisi-Florence

Today we drive in the direction of Florence. We visit Florence by walking tour. We will visit the famous monuments of the city: the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Cathedral Square and the Baptistery. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

 

Day 6: Florence-Pisa-Rome

After breakfast, we drive in the direction of Pisa where group will visit the Miracle Square and the Leaning Tower. Then we proceed to Rome. Dinner and overnight. (B, D)

 

Day 7: Rome/Manila

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Vatican Gardens, including the Vatican Museum, and the Sistine Chapel, where you will view some of the most inspiring works of art, including Michelangelo's magnificent fresco of the Last Judgment. Whole afternoon free for last minute shopping and until transfer to the airport for your return flight. (B)

 

Day 8: Arrival Manila.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

A non-refundable deposit of USD$500/ person upon reservation including visa fees & documents to be ON or BEFORE MAY 16, 2010

Fifty percent deposit due ON JULY 15, 2010

Balance of full payment due ON AUGUST 16, 2010

Cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of tour cost will be imposed if cancellation is done two (2) weeks before departure date.

Full tour cost will be forfeited if cancellation is done within two (2) weeks before departure date.

Unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.

            PRICES/TOUR COST  DO NOT INCLUDE Philippine travel tax (PHP1620.00), taxes on air tickets, airport and departure taxes, Schengen visa fee and assistance , travel insurance, medical and hospitalization expenses, tours and transportation expenses during free periods, porterage of extra luggages, drinks and meals not specified in the itinerary, tips for drivers and tour guides (USD8/day/pax) and such other personal nature like telephone calls, fax, laundry, room services and expenses not mentioned in the itinerary terms and conditions.

Our company or its subagents therefore only acts as agents for the operators providing the various services described in this tour and assume no responsibility or liability that may occur out of or in connection with losses or unexpected expenses due to delays, overbooking, and defaults.  The tour itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Our company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and increase the tour cost should we fall short of the required number of passengers (30pax). The payment for a reservation fee on the tour shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions in the tour conditions/responsibility published in this tour.
